Naran is a popular holiday destination in Kaghan Valley, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. At a height of 2,500 meters, Naran has a variety of fascinating landscapes from icy peaks, green meadows, glacial and mountain lakes and enchanting valleys. Lake Saif-ul-Malook, the defining lake of Pakistan, is located in this town. Lulusar Lake, Ansoo Jheel (a unique, tear-shaped lake), Sat Sar Mala Lakes (seven stunning lakes, flowing into one another) and the mesmerizing twin Saral Lakes enhance Naran’s beauty. These scenic spots are perfect for trekking, hiking and thrilling jeep rides. Kunhar River meanders through Naran offering activities such as fishing, boating, and camping.

Saiful Muluk is located in the Mansehra district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, about eight kilometers north of Naran, in the northern part of Kaghan valley. Malika Parbat, the highest peak in the valley is near the lake.
